Manufacturing Process

Raw Material: Q235 steel billets.
Hot Rolling: Billets are hot-rolled into rods.
Pickling: Removes oxide scale using acid.
Cold Drawing: Rods are drawn through dies to reduce diameter and increase strength.
Annealing (Optional): Softens the wire for improved ductility.
Surface Treatment: Galvanizing, coating, or phosphating for corrosion resistance.
Spooling/Winding: Packed onto coils or spools.

Packaging Methods

Coils: Wound into loose or tight coils (100–2000 kg).
Spools: Smaller wires (e.g., < 6 mm) wound on wooden/plastic spools.
Straight Lengths: Cut wires bundled with straps (for thick wires).
Protection: Plastic film, waterproof paper, or anti-rust oil.
