Manufacturing Process

Steelmaking: Produced via basic oxygen furnace (BOF) or electric arc furnace (EAF).
Continuous Casting: Molten steel is cast into billets.
Hot Rolling: Billets are hot-rolled into wire rods.
Cold Drawing: Wire rods are drawn through dies to achieve desired diameter and mechanical properties.
Annealing (Optional): Soft annealing may be applied to improve ductility.
Surface Treatment: Coating (e.g., galvanized, phosphated) or bright finish.

Packaging

Coils: Wound into coils (100–500 kg) with plastic or steel strapping.
Spools: Smaller diameters wound on spools (10–50 kg).
Pallets: Secured on wooden pallets for bulk shipment.
Protective Coatings: Anti-rust oil or VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper for corrosion resistance.
