Manufacturing Process

Steelmaking: Produced via basic oxygen furnace (BOF) or electric arc furnace (EAF).

Wire Drawing: Cold-drawn to desired diameters (e.g., Φ0.1–6.0mm) through multiple dies.
Annealing (Optional): Soft annealing may be applied to improve ductility.
Surface Treatment: Galvanizing, phosphating, or coating for corrosion resistance (if required).

Packaging

Coiled Wire: Wound on spools or reels (50–1000 kg/coil).
Straightened & Cut: Cut to specified lengths (e.g., 1–6m) and bundled.
Protection: Plastic wrapping, waterproof paper, or steel straps to prevent rust.
