Application Scope

(1) Chemical and petroleum

Welding equipment: reactors, heat exchangers, piping systems (especially thick plates that cannot be heat treated after welding).

Pickling equipment: storage tanks and pipelines in oxidizing acid environments such as nitric acid and acetic acid.

(2) Energy and environmental protection

Nuclear power plant auxiliary equipment: cooling water pipelines, spent fuel storage tanks (need to resist intergranular corrosion).

Flue gas desulfurization system: absorption tower lining, spray pipe (non-high chloride ion environment).

(3) Food and pharmaceutical

Aseptic production line: welding pipelines, fermentation tanks (avoid carbon pollution and corrosion risks).

Pharmaceutical equipment: purified water system, bioreactor (electrolytic polishing to Ra ≤ 0.4μm).

(4) Buildings and bridges

Welded structural parts: large building roofs, bridge decorative panels (long-term exposure to the atmosphere).

Coastal buildings: guardrails, brackets (need to be used with anti-rust coating).

(5) Medical and shipbuilding

Implant peripheral equipment: operating tables, instrument trays (non-implant grade, but need to be resistant to disinfectants).

Ship interiors: bulkheads, kitchen equipment (avoid direct contact with seawater).
