Application Scope
(1) Chemical and petrochemical
High temperature reactor: sulfuric acid regeneration tower (temperature ≤ 90℃, concentration ≤ 98%).
Welded pipeline: Cl⁻-containing medium transportation system (such as brine, acidic oil and gas).
(2) Energy and electricity
Boiler components: superheater tube sheet (resistant to high temperature steam + trace Cl⁻).
Nuclear power equipment: welding parts in the non-radiation area of the secondary circuit (anti-sensitization is required).
(3) Automobile and aerospace
Turbine exhaust system: high temperature section flange and bolts (short-term resistance to 900℃).
Aerospace fasteners: titanium alloy replacement parts for the engine periphery (weight reduction requirements).
(4) Environmental protection and metallurgy
Flue gas treatment: welding shell of sintering machine desulfurization device (resistant to SO₂+Cl⁻).
Continuous casting equipment: crystallizer bracket (resistant to high temperature water vapor oxidation).
(5) Special manufacturing
3D printing powder: pre-alloyed powder for laser selective melting (SLM) (low oxygen content is required).
